I’m always here for a black lip. I’ve loved it since high school. However, Cover Girl and Maybelline stuck to pinks, reds, mauves, and browns back then so the only black lipstick option was a beauty supply store. But times, as they say, change and now you’re just as likely to spot a black lipstick as you are any other color.
Yesterday, I picked up Black Out from Black Radiance. Less than $2 and opaque after a few swipes it’s the drugstore black lipstick I’ve been on the hunt for. It doesn’t smell like other BR lipsticks though so keep that in mind.
A good black lipstick should be BLACK. I have a pink bottom lip and dark top lip so if a black doesn’t black out the bottom lip then it’s a bust to me. This one is no bust so I’m sharing with you in case you checked out a previous black lipstick post and were disappointed. Cop this one and prosper.
